Our online will service lets you organise your affairs and draft a will from the comfort of your own home. You can create your Will at a time that suits you without having to come to our office or even speaking to a lawyer.
Our fixed price packages
You can choose from 3 packages to suit you at extremely competitive prices (please note that we are offering a special introductory launch price for Premier Wills created before the end of February). All prices include VAT:
Premier – £99 (£149 for mirror wills)
Wills created under this package are fully automated. Once you have answered our easy to follow online questionnaire and made your payment then the Will Pack (including your Will, a detailed commentary and guidance notes) will be immediately available for you to download and print off for execution.
Superior – £149 (£199 for mirror wills)
You will complete the questionnaire and the system will draft your Will but one of our experts will check it for you. Once it is checked (usually within 1 working day) you will be notified that it is ready for you to download.
As per the Superior Package but once the Will Pack is finalised we will print, bind and post the Will and guidance notes to you.

We estimate that as many as 70% of our clients could make use of our online will drafting service to draft their Wills.

What is a mirror Will?
A mirror Will, or a bloodline Will as it is otherwise known, is a Last Will and Testament that leaves everything to your partner when you pass away. It also means that everything will be left to your children on your partner’s death – and vice versa if your partner or spouse passes away before you. These however can be customisable, both Wills do not need to be the exact same.

Some people may have more complex requirements and/ or want to obtain advice from one of our experts. This can be where you have business interests, assets elsewhere than the Isle of Man or you want to create, for example, a discretionary trust.
