Get to know Patrick

Patrick is a UK qualified Solicitor with over 10 years post qualification experience and specialises in the preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney, Probate, Estate Administration, Elderly client work, UK trusts and Taxation and complexities when clients have lost capacity.

In addition, Patrick also provides Estate Planning advice from straightforward simple solutions, to complications involving trusts, tax planning, residential care fee advice.

Having the expertise in both UK and Manx law, Patrick is unique in being able to assist and advise clients with assets in both the UK and the Isle of Man, therefore saving clients both time and money in additional legal fees.

Patrick is a full accredited member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP) which is a worldwide professional body of Practitioners who have been recognised as specialists in Wills, Trusts and Estate Administration

Professional Qualifications

2008 – Diploma in Legal Practice with Commendation from The University of Sheffield.

2010 – Admitted to the UK Roll of Solicitors.

2018 – Full Accredited member of STEP.
